As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m trained to work with a wide range of mental health difficulties and disorders, but my sweet spot is helping teens and adults find freedom from perfectionism, anxiety, relational distress, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to create a safe environment for your growth and healing, providing you with the tools and support you need to shine.
